Rendered walls can look permanently stained when red, green or black organic growth takes hold. Painting over the problem may hide it temporarily, but it does not always address the contamination beneath.
Render should normally be cleaned with a low-pressure softwashing process rather than aggressive pressure washing. A treatment is selected to break down organic growth while reducing the risk of surface damage.
The service is suitable for many K-Rend, monocouche and other rendered finishes, subject to an inspection of the render condition and a suitable test area.
